Program areas at Oasis Center of the Rogue Valley
the Oasis Center of the Rogue Valley is a nonprofit family medical clinic integrating medical care and social services to support families experiencing substance use disorders. During this time period, the Oasis Center relocated to a new clinical location increasing patient access to medical care, social services, family support, and recovery support. Oasis renovated this larger building to include a resource room, childwatch, and exams rooms. During this time period, Oasis continued to increase the patient panel and expanding prenatal care integrated with substance use disorder treatment services to improve birth outcomes, family stability, and children's well-being. A key accomplishment was the establishment of a long-term clinical home for the program. A short-term goal for the Oasis Center is to open emergency lodging for pregnant patients on the waitlist for residential treatment and to open a childcare program to support families and children impacted by substance use.
