Program areas at Oasis Companies International
In 2023, our organization reached more underserved youth populations in title one public schools and at-promised youth from alternative education schools governed by the counties. The OASIS Art Leads Program in the Orange Unified School District and the Mural Art Project at the Sunburst Youth Academy (with the Orange County Department of Education). We were able to deliver both on-site and virtual programming to our partners in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Contra Costa County. These developments empowered us to serve over 5,000 student participants within these counties.
OASIS provided classroom instruction in public schools of California. Some of the arts curricula include hip-hop dance, jazz dance, modern dance, tap dance, folkloric ballet, creative arts journaling, cartooning, built-an-environment education program, film making, digital art, watercolor, mural art, painting and drawing.
