Student exchanges - help students develop skills that enable them to contribute to society in a global environment.
Alumni networking - support students who participate in foundation-related programs and encourage alumni to support the Foundation and its programs.
Social action projects, internships, and experiential learning - establish and implement grassroots exchanges and internships to encourage mutual understanding among the youth of pacific rim countries by involving them in community-based service learning projects, community-based leadership programs, experiential learning projects,and projects committed to social justice.

Scholarship program - to provide scholarships to qualified students in the study abroad program. 15 scholarships were awarded during the short year ended july 31, 2023.
Global issues network program - promote conferences symposia, forums, interviews, and other interchanges on global issues for youth, student, and adult groups.
