Program areas at Offerdahl's Hand-Off Foundation

The Foundation provides assistance through its home team advantage program. The home team advantage program is an innovative program and housing model that uses a "team approach" to create permanent change in the lives of those in need by providing families with case-managed housing that restores relationships and community. Through the home team advantage program, the Foundation works with other local nonprofit charitable and religious organizations to provide families with stable, affordable housing and necessary social support services to allow participating families to achieve long-term stablility, independence, and ultimately homeownership victory!
The Foundation provides meals to needy individuals and families as well as persons in crisis situations. The Foundation's grateful-fresh meal program addressed food insecurity by supplying overnight, weekday, weekend, or weekly meal packs to elderly and homeless individuals as well as to children and single-parent families. In addition, the Foundation's emergency relief program continued to provide individual meal kits to those in crisis as well as first responders and healthcare workers.
