The Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership, Inc. has been a viable part of Weber County since 1965 [originally called the Ogden Area Community Action Committee, then the Ogden Area Community Action Agency (OACAA)]. The organization is made up of a tri-partite Board which is responsible for the operation of programs both fiscally and programmatically. Many outstanding things have been accomplished by this agency and have been passed on to the community at large, and continue now. OWCAP inspires those in poverty to become self-sufficient through innovative services and collaborative efforts.
