Program areas at Ohio Alliance of Ymca's
Covering many diverse communities in the state. The beneficiaries Ohio Alliance of Ymca's community services ymcas provide. We are the Ohio ymcas' statewide voice, and with that responsibility and in our work we strive to each year, the Alliance advocates on behalf of the 163 ymcas in Ohio, include over 800,000 Ohio families, men, and women. In 2022, the Alliance concentrated efforts on four priorities: (a) legislative advocacy for early learning and school age care and sales tax repeal, (b) benchmarks for Ohio ymcas, (c) third party payor partnerships, and (d) collaboration with other Ohio statewide organizations and ymca alliances in neighboring states.
