Program service accomplishments: the mission of the Ohio Thoroughbred Breeders & Owners is to promote the Thoroughbred horse industry in the state of Ohio; for the improvement of the breed in the state and for the improvement of the quality of Thoroughbred racing in the state of Ohio. To that end we are conducting fundraising to achieve our wish list, magazine,stallion register, horse sale, newletters and more. The organization was founded to promote the common interest and to solve the common problems of those in the Thoroughbred breeding horse industry in the state of Ohio.
