Oklahoma Harm Reduction Alliance (OHRA) meets Oklahomans who use drugs where they are through evidence-based education, advocacy, policy reform, and low barrier health services. OHRA provides weekly outreach for unsheltered Tulsans as well as participating in mutual aid and community events supplying free harm reduction materials to anyone in need.
