Advocacy: okhra was created to address vast rates of overdose, viral hepatitis, incarceration, and lack of Harm Reduction services in Oklahoma.
Education: okhra offers community training, organizational training, and individualized personal services for clients needing help on their substance abuse journey.
Community and street outreach: okhra provides weekly outreach for unsheltered tulsans as well as participating in mutual aid and community events supplying free Harm Reduction materials to anyone in need.
