Program areas at OCES

The senior care options program provides Services to seniors who are eligible for medicaid and may be eligible for medicare. These consumers received a health-care plan individualized for their personal needs.
State home care program provides home and community-based support Services, care management and coordination to frail, low-income elders over the age of sixty.
The community choices program provides home and community-based support Services, care management and coordination to very frail, low-income elders over sixty and on medicaid so they may remain living at home rather than in institutions.
Adult family care program provides sensitive and economical alternatives for consumers who are faced with the prospect of no longer being able to manage alone. These consumers must be eligible for medicaid.
