Donated to project graduation that provides an event for graduating seniors on the night of graduation for safe, fun and drug, alchol free environment.
During 2016-2017 started pyramid awards. Oldham County Educational Foundation was pleased to award teachers throughout the district ocefs cornerstone grant. The goal of the pyramid awards is to support teachers implementing innovative and engaging cirricular projects.
Camp literacy live-provided summer reading programs for at risk and low level readers to have opportunity to read during dht summer at a camp that was both challenging and engaging. 75 children participated and used this porgram.
Gifted & talented (gates)-serviced students whose intellectual capacity, rate of learning, and potential are committed to the belief that these gifted students require guidance in discovering, challenging, and realizing their potential. This program touches 940 students in Oldham County which represents 8% of the students.
Stem-engineering academy provided dedicated classroom resources for students to focus on science, technology, engineering and mathematics, 60 students were derved from 3 different high schools. Focus was on preparing students for entry into the jobs of the future.
Early childhood development program
Art education & opportunties provides Educational opportunities for students at Oldham County schools arts center by visiting each school in the district to work directly with students by the artist in residence.
