Provided rowing education and training programs to youth and adults; Conducted spring, summer, fall, and winter rowing programs for about 55 Youth girls and boys aged 12-18; conducted spring, summer, fall, and winter adult coached programs for approximately 50 adults. Conducted learn to row classes for approximately 25 adults who were new to the sport, and provided access to facilities and instruction, to a community youth camp that introduced youth to various water sports.
Developed and maintained water access (docks, ramps, and boat storage) for various categories of rowed boats; provided recreational rowing opportunities for approximately 80 adult members and 55 youth participants; provided water access and storage facilities for the City of Olympia Parks, Arts, and Recreation Department; provided water access (use of dock) to members of the general public who use kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, and other human-powered craft.
