Omaha Shelter for Homeless Trust

The Organization was contracted by the Siena Francis House (SFH) to serve as the principal representative of SFH relating to the fundraising, design and construction of a new homeless shelter. As pledges receivable were recorded for this project, an offsetting contributions payable and grant expense were also recorded relating to the current and future design construction costs of the project. The project was completed in 2021. The Organization now performs administrative duties for the project, including the collection of pledges receivable.
