Omega Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi House Corporation

To acquire, build, maintain, own or lease and operate real estate for the Chapter House of the Omega Chapter, as constituted from time to time, for the promotion of the physical welfare of and social intercourse among such members, and to own, lease, maintain, repair, furnish and improve the same as a residence and/or meeting place of such members, and to do any and all things necessary or incident thereto; to acquire, purchase, sell, occupy, erect, maintain, hold, own, and lease such personal or real property as may be necessary or desirable to carrying out any of the forgoing purposes; and to assist with, order and approve any and all repairs and improvements on property leased to or owned by the Omega Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi.
