Program areas at One Grand Strand

The organization has been working to study myrtle beach and analyze its issues with the hope of working with the city to take action in order to revitalize the downtown area as well as the entire Grand Strand region. The organization plans to advocate on behalf of the community to bring about civic betterment and social improvements and will engage in other activities in furtherance of such purposes. We are focused on downtown revitalization and creating jobs beyond tourism. Our consultants have held numerous meetings with the community and begun studying reasons why downtown is so economically distressed.
