One Nebraska Coalition

Advocacy by radio, television, print, and social media ads to encourage Nebraska citizens to contact their state legislator about prioritizing funding to the public university system in organization developed their website and produced advertisements, brochures and handouts that were distributed statewide. Approximately 175 emails and 450 phone calls were made by one Nebraska coalition supporters. To target state legislators regarding the university of Nebraska budget and financial resources one Nebraska coalition ran a series of digital ads on social media during the Nebraska legislative session making almost two million digital impressions, 17,493 engagements with facebook posts and 10..722 link clicks... They alsq conducted campus visits to meet with communications and government affairs teams on each campus

Educating Nebraska citizens about the economic and social benefits of the university by keeping Nebraska highschoolers in-state for college, providing affordable access to college, and training the next generation of nebraksa workers the organization produced testimonial videos regarding the impact of the university & hosted educational events in various cities around the state. They created weekly five-minut radio spotlight ads highlighting the impact of the university which aired on krvn reaching much of rural central and western Nebraska. The organization also created op-eds & press releases for 34 Nebraska newspapers from around the state and ran a series of digital ads on various social media platforms
