Raising Kings highlights the powerful, resilient and positive past, present and future to improve the prominent image, expectations and outcomes for men and boys of Color. This year-round, high impact opportunity kicks off during National Mentoring Month to build strong connections between our highest needs youth and positive male mentors, role models and their own fathers. "Girls Can Do Anything!" is a youth-led, social justice movement to redefine what it means to be a girl! We educate, empower, and inspire purpose-driven girls by connecting them to mentors, resources, and opportunities to turn their dreams into reality. The mission is to ensure girls have the supports they need to be strong and healthly mentally, physically, and spirtually. Our strategic effort to dismantle patriarchy, racism and gender inequality is rooted in purpose-driven, girl led activism, using the annual "Girls Can Do Anything!" Reach: 2000
"Around the World in A Summer" (ATWAS)reduces summer learning loss taking 60 students annually on an exciting journey of work cultures through: Literature, Math, Money adn Numbers; Arts & Crafts; Music & Movement; Culinary Arts & Nutrition. This uniquely accessible, highly anticipated program celebrates diversity and cultural appreciation, reduces summer learning loss, and reinforces early learning through geography, critical thinking, imagination and meaningful family experiences over the summer.
