Wna: the Washington new americans program (wna) connects immigrants and refugees in Washington state to the information and legal services needed to successfully naturalize and exercise their civic voice.

Education & early learning: the education and early learning program strives to ensure that all of Washington's families have an education system that's inclusive, responsive and meets the needs of every student.

Community organizing: Oneamerica's core strategy continued to center around basebuilding, community organizing, and leadership development work with immigrants and refugees across Washington state. The regions with the strongest organizing were central Washington, southwest Washington, and western Washington. In the south king county region near seattle, immigrant business owners, youth and parents all played key roles in Oneamerica's accomplishments.

English innovations: Oneamerica continued the expansion of our english innovations program a nationally recognized blended esl and digital literacy curriculum in partnership with the national partnership for new americans, the learning games network and literacyworks international in six states across the country.
