Oneten Coalition facilitates the hiring, promotion, and advancement of one million Black individuals who do not have a four-year degree into family-sustaining careers over the next ten years. They take a skills-first approach, focusing on competencies. Oneten aims to close the opportunity gap for Black talent in America by creating opportunities to earn success and ignite potential for generations to come. During 2021, Oneten's activities were carried out as a project of the Tides Center.

Practice change & best-class insights - we provide strategic guidance to accelerate skills-first talent practices and diversity, equity and inclusion strategies for companies. We develop insights through market research and through case studies with fortune 100 and 500 members.
Resource network - we leverage our unparalleled partner network to deliver talent solutions. Our network includes talent acquisition and de&i strategists, talent developers and upskillers, apprenticeship programs, workforce boards and initiatives, civic leaders, community colleges and community and faith-based organizations.
Talent development - we provide career resources and upskilling opportunities for talent including Oneten's career marketplace platform. We deliver best-in-class digital marketing campaigns to engage talent and stakeholder audiences.
