Open data stewardship for global Supply chains - in 2023 os Hub grew the volume of Open data about Supply chain production sites by over 50% (closing out the year with 221,672 production sites openly plotted on the platform), contributed by 903 organizations including major multi-category retailers, multi stakeholder initiatives, civil society organizations and certification schemes, and scores of publicly available datasets accessed by the os Hub team. Embracing our new remit to Open up data beyond the apparel sector, we focused in 2023 on engaging with those in the agriculture / food and beverage sector, and by the end of the year, this sector made up 8.21% of the data in the platform. Substantial datasets were also opened up for the automotive, electronics, and renewable energy sectors.
