Operating Engineers Labor Mgmt Co Trust

The Operating Engineers Labor Mgmt Co Trust is a joint effort between the International Union of Operating Engineers Local #132 and the Contractors/Employers of the West Virginia Heavy/Highway Construction Industry. Its mission is to improve economic competitiveness and management. The Trust achieves this through providing subsidies to participating contractors on identified projects, enhancing communication among parties representing both contractors and employees through meetings and conferences, and providing training programs for workers in the industry. It is located in Charleston, WV.
