Program areas at Operation New Hope

The Ready 4 Work program of Operation New Hope provides life and job skills for individuals who were previously incarcerated. The program also provideds the needed support services such as housing, mental health and transportation to enable participation in the program. Family reunification is also a major part of the program. Once the participant completes a multi-week program of training and support, ONH assists with finding employment and then provides continued support services for one year. In 2023, 1791 participants were served.
