Operative Plasterers' and Cement Masons' International Association - Opcmia Local 40 represents members for the conduct of collective bargaining on behalf of its members. Its mission is to organize approximately 128 eligible members for the economic, moral, and social advancement of their condition and status. The organization bargains collectively with area employers to promote or establish appropriate wages, fringe benefits, training, hours of employment, and working conditions for its members. Additionally, it maintains a safe working environment for its members.
