Program areas at Headwaters Science Center
Science Center: the exhibit floor is open 325 days per year for a total of 2323 operating hours. The exhibit floor is 7,500 square feet and contains over 40 exhibits. The Science Center serves 17 counties in northern Minnesota.
Science Center store provides an opportunity to purchase a science-related item. Open to the public and available to visitors. There are items in all price ranges from small items to Science kits.
Science education: area students are served through onsite visits to Headwaters Science Center and participate in outreach demonstrations and activities.
