Program areas at OIC
The Low-Income Home Energy & Weatherization Assistance Program: Help Families with low income to have heat during winter heating months, weatherize their homes to improve energy efficiency, assists with repair to Non- working heat sources and assist with other emergency Housing assistance/Rent services. These programs assisted 29,368 individuals in 2023.
Other Program Services : Community Block Grants, Avista LIRP, Asset Building , Housing and Foreclosure Counseling, Basic Foods , Educational programs,Emergency Rental Assistance,After School children & Community activities, and also Various other Energy & Weatherization related programs. These various programs served 95,702 individuals in 2023.
The National Farmworker Jobs Program: Provides employment related services to eligible seasonal migrant farm workers and their families in Washington State. It is estimated that the program has assisted 2,299 individuals in 2023.
