ORC Industries was established to provide vocational preparation services and employment to individuals with one or more disabilities. Eighty-Five percent of production employees have disabilities. Vocational services provided include evaluation of work capabilities and work potential, work experience, employment in integrated competitive environment and outside employment placement services. Individuals develop good work habits, acquire new skills and prepare for work environments. Simple to complex MFG opportunities are available in order to serve every capability level and enable individuals to be contributing members of the community.
