Oregon Dermatological Society actively supports the practice of quality dermatologic care for Oregon's children and families by working with other state and national groups with similar goals. The society promotes interest and progress in the field of dermatology. It holds annual summer and winter meetings on dermoscopy/skin imaging, giving high-quality education to medical professionals. The society also participates in the national melanoma campaign by supplying volunteers.

Program areas at Oregon Dermatological Society

Held an annual summer and winter meeting on dermoscopy/skin imaging giving high quality education to medical professionals educating Oregon's practitioners in the field of dermatology. Participated in the national melanoma campaign supplying volunteers for cancer screening as well as provided education for medical students who are interested in pursuing dermatology careers.
