The organization provides training and resources through various platforms to develop leadership and mentoring skills for professional mentors and coaches, as well as parents, teachers, youth/business leaders, and anyone in a position of influence at little to no financial cost. By teaching concepts like the Fundamental Life Formula, the unique approach of Calm Assertion, how to think, what to do and say in ANY circumstance, and the 5 Key Skills of Effective Mentorship: Self-understanding, Understanding Others, The Mentoring Relationship, Behavior & Discipline, and Problem Analysis & Solution Development, the program helps people become more confident, comfortable, and capable leaders of themselves and others. The training system focuses on goal-setting, problem-solving, self-understanding, understanding others, building relationships, behavior management, and solution development. The organization equips people to be more resourceful, resilient, and responsible mentors and coaches who can positively influence those around them.
