Program areas at Orlando Dog Training Club
Training: Club members volunteer to organize and teach obedience, rally trick dog, CGC, FIT dog, conformation, pupply training and beginner level basic obedience classes. Five - eight week sessions are offered per year. Each session averages 8 handlers and dogs, resulting in about 1,120 dogs and they're handlers per year.
PAY TO PLAY AND RING RENTAL: Club members and the general public are invided to try their dog and handling skills on our equipment and in our ring. Currently the even is 3 times a month for 10 months. The cost is $15, and they average 15-20 per Saturday.
Trials: Club members volunteer to organize and put on AKC, UKC, CDSP and other sanctioned trials throughout the year. Offering community events to demonstrate the teams improvements and skills. They offer 31 obedience trials per year that average 85 entries per trial, 11 Rally trials per year, that average about 50 entries per trial.
