Program areas at Orono Girls Swim and Dive Team
For the 2023 Orono Girls Swim and Dive season the booster supported 35 student athletes. This support was provided in the following ways: oversaw Team fund raising, provided a Team Swim suit for each athlete, provided yard signs for new swimmers, provided senior banners for 4 seniors, provided pre-practice snacks, provided funding for events sponsored by the Team captains, provided a meal for the athletes at 3 meets, purchased equipment for training, purchased apparel for the coaching staff, helpd to cover the cost of championship and state apparel for the athletes, paid for a Team photographer, provided funding for senior night gathering and gifts for seniors, provided funding for coach/manager thank you gifts, purchased "memory books" for each athlete and coach, provided funding for an end of season banquet.
