Orphans Unlimited cares for and educates orphans. In 2019, it fed, clothed, provided medical care and school materials to over 1,916 orphans, vulnerable children and widows in Balama and Meluco districts of Cabo Delgado Provence, Mozambique through twenty-six foster homes. It also donates to missions and 501(c)(3) organizations to assist them in meeting their established purpose.

During 2022 Orphans Unlimited provided the following: 1. Assisted 1,203 Orphans and 657 widows in balama district. 2. 57 children are housed and cared for in 7 homes. 3. Assisted 335 Orphans & 56 widows in meluco district/county. 4. Electricity was connected in 5 of the 7 Orphans homes & the remaining 2 are awaiting parts.5. Purchased the following food to support our Orphans program: a. Beans: 120.3 tons b. Corn: 313.0 tons c. rice: 90.0 tons d. peanuts: 2.0 tons6. Performed major repairs on 5 water wells and minor repairs on another 3 water wells.
