Program areas at Orthopedics Capital Foundation

Talent development - ocf has supported a talent development initiative as an element of its overall strategy for career awareness. A major program under this initiative was support for development of curriculum, logistics and supporting materials for the discoverme event for local eighth graders. Other similar programs to expose students to careers in the orthopedic industry included in-class content and tours of various businesses in kosciusko county.
Innovation and research - in furtherance of its charitable, educational and scientific purposes, ocf continues to support the facilitation of connections and relationships between and among universities, entrepreneurs and established industry for the purpose of creating a more vibrant atmosphere for innovation and research across Indiana.
Talent attraction - ocf continues to support a variety of efforts related to diversity, equity and inclusion and quality of place in northeast Indiana through initiatives such as leading the local diversity council; downtown warsaw events; and various regional quality of place initiatives.
