For over 75 years, Our Lady of Peace has provided gentle and exceptional care. They specialize in building trusting and meaningful relationships with their patients and their families. Smaller caseloads enable their care teams to develop highly-personalized visits more frequently. Our Lady of Peace is a non-profit organization that welcomes all. They provide Hospice in Your Home, Home Health Care (skilled post-operative care), and a Residential Hospice that provides care at no cost to the patient or families.

Hospice - Our Lady of Peace offers hospice services to those in need who are living at home, in senior communities, in long-term care facilities, and at Our Lady of Peace residential hospice. Our hospice care team makes Our patients' final days, weeks or months as peaceful and comfortable as possible.we provide a wide range of care options - including skilled nursing, pain and symptom management, spiritual care, social services, bereavement support, massage therapy, music therapy, volunteer servcies and more.
Highland block nurse - provides support to the elderly living in the highland park neighborhood of st. paul, Minnesota. They provide rides to doctor visits, set up medications, give baths, and also provide caregiver respite.
Home care - offering a wide range of in-home services; including skilled nursing, wound care, physical and occupational therapy, medication management, palliative care and more. Everything we do is aimed at improving physical and emotional well-being, protecting dignity and making life at home more manageable.
