Program areas at Our Own
Mental Health / The wellness program is led by Our Own's experienced team in wellness-related areas, including but not limited to yoga,breathwork meidtation, sound healing, nutrition & food supportand overll holistic support. Our team will lead integrated programming and curriculum directly with on-campus eduction and support staff to build mental acuity fo students and eductaors.
Spatial Equity/ Our Own creates physical spaces rhat provide safety well and healing for students. Our build team has industry leadingh architects designers, therpists, and mental health practioners who collaborate on each build to ensure it meets the individulaized needs of a given student community.
Sport & Recovery / The recovery programming to support students finding Wellness through sport to maximize their potential. We integrate students with latest technology. Pilates equipment, digital wearables, and nutrition planning, and meal ditribution for all participants
