Outfront Minnesota

Through our legislative organizing work, we build coalitions of converned parents, students, healthcare providers, faith leaders and professional associations to advocate against abusive practices such as conversion therapy. We mobilize thousands of supporters to take action against these kinds of assaults on lgbtq rights. This organizing work help build our base in key communities around the state to act when harmful legislation is proposed. Through our youth, college, trans, policy and faith leadership teams, we worked to pass gender inclusion policies through local school boards and worked on a state level to enact policies to enact lgbtq equity. This work includes organizing thousands of minnesotans to work for lgbtq inclusion and equity in their communities. Overall, Outfront staff and leaders trained over 7000 people on lgbtq inclusion and advocacy.
