Evangelizing division:publishing 4 issues of evangelistic periodicals and short articles on various literature medium for the chinese intellectuals.
Elearning division: (a) ai-xue.net, edu.idscommunications.com, and elearning services for theology seminaries -- providing online courses to equip church ministers and lay leaders; (b) developing on-line courses and curriculum.
Equipping division:(a) behold magazine: publishing 2 issues of periodicals and short articles on various literature medium to provide a platform for in-depth discussion, information and thoughts exchange, reports of current events and issues faced by chinese churches. (b) "building church leaders" ministry: (1) selecting and translating leadership resources of christianity today and various christian book publishers to provide practical group-discussion and self-study materials for chinese church leaders and Campus ministry; (2) establishing training operation models for Campus ministry. (c) returnee ministry: establishing returnee networking to connect chinese churches in north america with returnees in asia; giving training for pre-returnees to prepare for their return and sustain their stay.
Olive community network:(a) helping diaspora christians to connect and establishing community groups to build each other up as disciples of christ and to spread the gospel; (b) establishing training models and developing training materials, handbooks and online resources for returnee ministry, Campus ministry, bible study groups in north america, europe, and asia.
