Through the organization's support of the Coxhealth at Home mission we provide Services to help patients remain safe and independent at Home. We also partner with other local, county, and state agencies to provide care through various funding options to help with the cost of care whenever possible. Individualized care is the goal, with a plan designed specifically for each patient based on need. This care plan then provides the framework for our Home care aides and nurses to help our patients stay safe in the comfort of Home. We served 10,115 patients during fiscal year 2023.
