Founders - P33 is actively engaged in inclusive efforts to accelerate the flow of capital in our region so that chicago's startup and venture economy makes a significant impact on the perception, economic growth, and wellbeing of our city and our tech economy.
Talent - P33 is dedicated to cultivating, retaining, and attracting talent that reflects the diverse makeup of our region. We're focused on creating a robust tech talent pipeline inclusive of all chicagoland residents, enabling them to contribute to the digital economy while also retaining our existing tech talent. By building a more diverse tech talent pipeline, we not only foster continued innovation but also position ourselves as a global leader in promoting equity in tech.
