HEALTH ENROLLMENT -- Our health enrollment navigators conduct comprehensive outreach and health insurance education to COFA community members which provides information and guidance on Washington's Apple Health enrollment. They collaborate with organizations within each respective COFA community and host quarterly workshops with key partners that provide services and resources for COFA families and organizations.
PRENATAL EDUCATION -- The Baby and You prenatal supportive education program explicitly addresses the needs of Pacific Islander families and mothers in King County at risk of infant mortality. By focusing on providing culturally-aligned prenatal services health education and access to resources the program aims to bridge the gap and improve outcomes for our community.
FRIENDLY HMONG FARMS -- Is a fiscally sponsored project of PIHB which runs two programs: the Food for All Youth Leadership program a community-based youth-led food distribution and education project focused on engaging and developing leadership among BIPOC youth ages 14-17 and the PNW BIPOC Farmland Trust which is led by BIPOC farmers to hold farmland and support services for BIPOC farmers.
