Pacific Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council advances business opportunities for certified minority business enterprises and connects them to corporate and governmental entities to ensure ethnic minority businesses have equitable access to compete for contracts towards a goal of economic development. In 2022, the organization saw growth in several areas with most classes of minority business enterprises growing by 5 or more. PSWMSDC had over 2692 MBE referrals, 258 national and international MBEs, and minority employees of those MBEs of 11,618.

Pswmsdc generated 2300 mbe referrals. The 2023 recertification percentage was 80. We hosted 63 events and workshops. We hosted two golf tournaments, one in june in san diego and december in Arizona. Programs events attendance increased by 47. Our flagship event for 2023 was our 30th anniversary in november. We celebrated our 30th anniversary by recognizing 19 mbes for their enduring commitment for maintaining their certification for 10 years or more. We have some mbes that have been certified since 1995. We recognized some of the champions in our industry. During our 30th anniversary gala, we recognized the corporations and mbes for more than 91m in diverse spend with the pswmsdc program which certified mbes.these mbes received 201m in revenue that have reciprocal relationships with pswmsdc, which totals over 292m in reported diverse spend.
