Program areas at Pandion Music Foundation
1.educational workshops and creators circle (70% of programming)weekly, no-cost, virtual workshops led by professional mentors to share industry expertise with emerging Music creators. Available as replays on our website, musicians across the globe can access these resources anytime, anywhere. Workshops are complemented by our online community-building platform, the creators circle, a private facebook group that fosters connections between Music creators and industry professionals. Additionally, we champion the Music our community creates through our disco.ac playlist, building a platform and Music community to initiate more sync opportunities for emerging artists.
In-person events and Music camp (10% of programming)pmf events held in los angeles inspire collaboration, education and networking among our community of creators and industry professionals. They include industry panels, sync licensing partnership events, and education & wellness events such as our Pandion Music camp (pmc) for teens. Pmc is an immersive learning experience for teens from underserved communities in los angeles who are interested in Music careers and helps them start their careers equipped and empowered.
2.wellness resources (20% of programming)pmf supports Music creators holistically through Pandion unplugged, a wellness podcast and livestream series that supports artists' mental health by holding space to practice wellness techniques. Pmf also serves as a hub to connect artists to additional free resources that support the mental health of Music creators through our website and social media communities.
