Pano Network

Pano Network Inc ("Pano") maintained an online presence, principally through its website, but also via facebook, linked in, twitter and instagram, to support and educate members on all aspects of the industry. Pano launched its website publicly in april 2021, and has attracted almost 3,800+ members. Pano had over 30,000 visitors to our website and social media sites.the website allows for members and nonmembers to post job listings for potential applicants. The website also contains a library with many videos of workshops on filmmaking and related topics,and acts as a means for members to connect, share job opportunities and resources. Pano partnered with multiple organizations to offer discounts on goods and services, helping to remove financial barriers for underrepresented filmmakers.pano supported 173 filmmakers programs including 26 grants, awards, and scholarships disbursed totaling $34,820 in cash, in kind, and scholarship support.pano presented or co-sponsored 17+ separate virtual or in-person educational seminars and networking events with approximately 1,000 attendees. Topics ranged from various aspects of film production, film financing, financial planning, branding writing development, film festival strategies, and screen watch parties.pano provided one round of microgrants ($500 each) to 15 filmmakers to assist with purchases of equipment/supplies, production services, post production, film festival expenses and other film related expenses. Pano also provided an in-kind color grading grant to a filmmaker. Pano provided free online masterclass memberships to all pro members.pano launched a second matching of "Pano pairs," a peer mentorship program for 120 filmmakers, that included an in-person closing celebration and networking opportunities.pano awarded a $5,000 screenwriting grant to a screenwriting member, and offered the other 2 screenwriter finalists an exclusive opportunity to participate in a partner organization screenwriting educational opportunity consisting of 5 seminars taught by professional writers.pano held a short film showcase, featuring the selected works of 13 members. Pano held a live cinematographer lab with an industry partner, an equipment rental company that sponsored the hands-on trainng of 25 members with a closing celebration. Pano acted as a fiscal sponsor to receive and make grants to organizations with similar goals and objectives.
