A Noble Cause

Provide facility for Par Excellence academy, an elementary school for economically challenged children. The facility provides all children the opportunity for an education regardless of socioeconomic, race, creed or ethnic backgrounds. The rents charged for the facility are less than market value. The property was sold to Par Excellence academy in 2020 in exchange for the amount of debt on the property for purposes of furthering the organization's exempt purpose.

The community partner program provides mentoring and other needed resources to children who attend Par Excellence academy, a title i school. As part of this program effort, a sustainable garden was also developed. The garden is a place where mentors and children can work together. Half of the garden is designed for education and the other half for production so that healthy produce can be given to families who are in need.
