Rural area meals program (ramp) provides seniors living in their own homes with varied and nutritious meals.
Chores: qualifying seniors receive financial assistance with seasonal chores that contribute to the health and safety of their home. Chores can range from chimney sweeping, snow removal, firewood delivery & stacking, hand-rail or ramp installation, wildfire mitigation, and more clients may use recommended contractors or choose their own.
Transportation: private medical trips and scheduled group trips to shopping, meals, or recreation for registered seniors.
All other program services providing assistance to seniors in Park County.
