Program areas at POTS

Food service programs - these programs are funded by a combination of individual, corporate, foundation, and government income. It consists of a pantry service provided to community residents of the surrounding area of the organization located in bronx, new york. the pantry service provides groceries and nutritional food to these residents. the food pantry provided over 2.68 million meals in 2023. It also consists of a community kitchen that serves meals to all those in need that pass through the doors of the organization. the community kitchen served over 143,000 meals in 2023.
Dignity & wellness program - this program consists of a shower program, haircuts mail services and substance abuse counseling to all in need. the dignity and wellness program served over 2,900 clients in 2023.
Long term stability services - this program consists of a case management program (served over 8,300 households and over 20,000 individuals), a legal clinic (served over 1,700 households in 2023), a workforce development program (served over 498 individuals in 2023), and a mentorship program (served approximately 700 households in 2023). These programs are designed to help clients in their journeys from crisis to stability.
