Program areas at Partners Hope Foundation

Partners Hope Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit, is building a center for hospice and end-of life care in missoula that will offer services to all montanans. When open in 2025, the center will provide 24-hour dedicated hospice care, respite for caregivers, emotional and spiritual support for those dying and their families, and end-of-life education for the state. 2023 was a year marked with tremendous achievements. Some of our highlights include: - raising $13.7 million towards our $15.4 million embrace campaign goal. We have just $1.7 million left to raise! - celebrating our june groundbreaking and campaign success with the community. - starting construction with dick anderson construction as our general contractor. - hosting our first annual celebration of Hope gala supported by nearly 300 community members. - expanding our mission to serve all montanans.
