The organization is dedicated to partnering trained volunteer coaches with adults who desire to assert greater control over circumstances and challenges that may hold them back. To date, they have worked with 400 members and 400 coaches since inception. They provided an online tool and a parent coaching program in (10) metro Atlanta schools and are developing member-coach teams in Texas and Virginia in cooperation with other local non-profit organizations.
