Program areas at Partners in Child Development

Early intervention:our early intervention ("ei") program empowers families and dramatically improves outcomes for children ages 0-3 who have developmental delays or are at risk for delays. Our services are provided at the Child's home or childcare site, at no cost to the family, as services are funded through masshealth, private insurance or the Massachusetts department of public health ("dph"). We provide therapeutic interventions that are embedded in families' daily routines and are respectful of each family's culture and learning style. Our highly-specialized and experienced staff work in multidisciplinary teams for both evaluation and therapeutic services. Our team is dedicated to working with young children and passionate about changing the trajectory of their lives serving two catchment areas in the commonwealth of Massachusetts, the lawrence and lowell catchment areas. Our ei program also supports enrollment in other ei programs on the north shore through our regional consultation contract with the Massachusetts department of public health. This contract offers support to children who are two through four years old with complex medical needs. The program helps families navigate the complex system of care, provides respite funds and loans equipment and devices to families.
Woodbridge school:woodbridge school is an early childhood education program that offers a safe, joyful and creative environment for children to learn through play. Located in andover, ma, this year-round school is led by experienced and passionate teachers. Learning is organic; achieved through exploration, open-ended play, and creative expression. Our program is based on an emergent curriculum incorporating a reggio-inspired philosophy respecting each Child's curiosity to find joy and love of learning through play. Our low student-to-teacher ratio enables individualized strategies for children to learn and thrive. Teaching practices are aligned with best practice models in early education while our full-day, full-year program supports the needs of working parents.
Anderson school: anderson school in andover, ma is a chapter 766 approved private special education school for students ages 3-12 years old with complex medical needs to maximize each student's independence, learning, and growth. Our highly-skilled, experienced, and dedicated staff provide individualized instruction and support including educational and therapeutic programming. Our stimulating classroom setting includes specially designed classrooms to promote positive and active learning. High staff-to-student ratios including nurses in each classroom enables our 11-month program to have non-traditional learners experience a traditional school experience. Family support is paramount, and we provide various on-site clinics and services to help our parents.
