Pathways

To provide low-income housing and access to support services to elderly people and people with disabilities, primarily related to behavioral health issues. Pathways has a total of 16 congregate beds located at 25-27 North Bend Street in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. 12 of the 16 beds are subsidized through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development and the other 4 beds are rented without this subsidy.
