PEACE is providing over 850 South Sudanese students (Pre-K thru 6th Grade) with a quality Christian-based education. In addition to a curriculum aligned with Ugandan academic standards, students receive lessons in hygiene and are fed 2 meals per day. PEACE provides Trauma Healing and Peace Building training to church leaders. This visionary program has created ongoing and open dialogue between previously warring tribes. With over 100 trained church leaders performing outreach across 12 settlements and more eager to join, a foundation for lasting peace has begun. Over 150 women participate in Village Savings and Loan groups, ensuring self-sufficiency and financial stability for the future of their families. Learning the Bible and applying these principals to how they conduct business, these women entrepreneurs are changing the trajectory of their communities.
