After three decades of learning and refinement of alliance's Peer education, Training, and support services program within our organization, alliance has "incubated" Path To Jobs, Inc., as an independent not-for-profit organization (formerly known as Peer Training, Inc.), offering career readiness, job placement, and job retention services for frontline health workers across new york state through a statewide clearinghouse model. Valuing the shared lived experiences of low-income new yorkers living with chronic health conditions as an essential employment qualification, Path To Jobs is an economic mobility program and clearinghouse model that connects diverse health sector employers of all sizes with skilled and culturally competent employees who reflect and understand the needs of communities served.
